The EXT HS3 Air Spring delivers exceptional tuning flexibility through independently adjustable positive and negative air chamber volumes. Positive volume spacers allow riders to fine-tune progression and bottom-out resistance, while negative volume spacers adjust initial sensitivity and small-bump compliance. This advanced air spring design makes it easy to customise fork performance for downhill, enduro, and e-MTB riding, providing the ideal balance of traction, mid-stroke support, and control across a wide range of terrain and riding styles.

The EXT Vaia Modular Axle System is built around a twin-hexagonal Grade 5 titanium floating axle, designed to maximise wheel alignment, torsional stiffness, and front-end precision in demanding gravity riding. The modular design allows riders to run either a 15 mm axle for enduro or a 20 mm axle for downhill applications without replacing major fork components, offering exceptional versatility across different bike builds. By combining the strength, low weight, and durability of titanium with a floating axle design, the Vaia delivers consistent steering accuracy, improved tracking, and confident handling on the roughest terrain.

Vaia is available with two different top crowns:

• 10 mm drop for headtube from 107mm to 136mm
• 30 mm drop for headtube from 127mm to 156mm.

The EXT Vaia uses a precision-engineered floating bushing system designed to minimise friction throughout the fork's travel. By allowing the bushings to self-align under load, the system reduces binding and improves small-bump sensitivity, helping the fork move more freely through rough terrain. The result is increased traction, improved comfort, and more consistent suspension performance, especially under heavy braking and high side-load conditions commonly experienced during downhill and enduro riding.

The EXT Vaia features a fully serviceable 3-way adjustable cartridge, offering independent high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound adjustment. Built around EXT's proven high-flow damping technology, the cartridge delivers exceptional control, consistency, and traction across a wide range of terrain. With a broad adjustment range and tool-free tuning, riders can precisely tailor the fork's performance to suit everything from bike park laps and downhill racing to aggressive enduro riding.

The EXT shock uses a low reservoir pressure system set at 55 PSI, designed to maintain consistent damping performance while reducing internal cavitation. This low-pressure design helps improve sensitivity and traction by allowing the shock to react more freely to small impacts, while still maintaining strong support under load.
