RYDERimports was created with a straightforward goal: to bring quality cycling brands to New Zealand and support them properly.

While RYDERimports is a new business, our involvement in the cycling industry isn't new. For more than 10 years, we've operated the ProFlow Suspension Workshop, working with riders, bike shops and race teams throughout New Zealand. During that time, we've serviced thousands of suspension products, supported riders at every level and built strong relationships within the cycling community.

That experience has given us a clear understanding of what riders and retailers expect, reliable products, knowledgeable support and people who genuinely care about the sport.

RYDERimports is the next step in that journey.

The name RYDER has a personal connection too, being a family name passed down from my mother's side. It felt like a fitting name for a business built on experience, relationships and a long-term commitment to the cycling industry.

Our focus is on partnering with brands we believe in and providing the level of support that riders, retailers and workshops need to get the most from those products. We believe good distribution is about more than simply moving boxes. It's about product knowledge, technical support, warranty assistance and helping build long-term confidence in the brands we represent.
